I bought a mid range power supply when I built mine. It's a low wattage
by modern standards (people who build their computers tend to go
overboard), but I only use the system for E-mail/Usenet/Word
processing/Etc. so I'm not too worried about it. The power supply fan
didn't sound happy when I bought it. I thought about returning it, but
8 years later, it's too late for that, now. It never failed, knock on
wood, but it sounds less happy now. Maybe the fan bearing?
