You were warned early but ignored everything. At your age, you
should have remained a renter from the evil Chinese guy. If so,
you would still have most of your inheritance rather than half or
less now and still be living in the same house. Few more years
will burn up the rest and no more on the horizon. Don't look
forward to SS monthly payments either if you don't pay taxes.
What they send is based on what you paid in for 40 quarters
during your lifetime before retirement.

Check your spending NOW before it's too late.

The so-called evil Chinese landlord didn't want to be bothered with it
anymore. He sold it for above market value to a sucker.

Naw... he's going to make an expensive switch to all electric even
though natural gas is a lot cleaner and probably cheaper. He thinks
he's making some sort of statement.

At some point he'll be wishing he'd actually been offered and taken a
nursing job. Anyone want to guess why that offer (if there was one)
suddenly disappeared? Even without the past reports, his constant
ranting about Cuppa Plus cannabis oil might have something to do with
it. If anyone thinks potential employers don't check social media,
they're idiots. Anyone can Google. And his rants would be prolific.
Would you hire him to take care of a sick child in your home? Didn't
think so.

The only thing I glean from these rants is he needs to take his medication.
