Nice and crisp and smells delicious. I turned the oven off and put them
back in for a few minutes. They'll continue to crisp up a bit more as
the (electric) oven cools down.

What's that good looking coating on the meat?? Were you going to eat all that
by yourself or were you going to call me??

YIKES! Looks so good, Jill. Nicely done!
Right out of the oven, I wouldn't even add any sides to the plate
except a buttered roll or slice of bread on the side. Well, maybe
some salty fries. I'm a pig.

Thanks for the pic too. :)

Leave some for me... baked chicken is my favorite.

Yep. The non-Hawaiian chicken. ;) I used Panko.

The coating is Panko breadcrumbs seasoned with pepper and a little salt,
garlic powder, grated parmesan cheese and a some dried crushed parsley.
Brush the chicken parts with melted butter, then coat, let set for a few
minutes and bake. I meant to call you, really! :) The Leftovers will
freeze well. To retain the crispness when reheating, I recommend a low
and slow oven rather than the microwave.

LOL The only side dish I had with a couple of those meaty little
drummies was a cup of Fordhook lima beans heated in the microwave.

What, no criticism about a crappy photo? LOL I think you'd like the
coating; it's quite tasty. The leftovers will freeze well but need to
be reheated in a low temp oven, not the microwave, to retain the crispness.

Only if you pay for half the ticket! Or you could just try the chicken
coating. :)
