Sunday Supper

It's almost like going out. My wife is looking after things tonight. It
looks like we are having NY strip steaks with some sauteed mushrooms,
air fries and a salad with blue cheese dressing. Dessert will be an
apple crisp that I made earlier today.

I have to be a good boy for a few days. I have an echocardiogram on
Thursday. Restaurants open again tomorrow so after my scan we will be
able to eat out and be waited on.

You're supper sounds very, very good, enjoy!

I'm stepping across the alley to my neighbor's house and we're having some
sort of cheese covered in spices and grilled. Also some roasted vegetables.

Sounds nice! I'm making a pan seared filet minon. Baking some waffle
fries to go with it.

More Chinese takeout, duck stir - fried with ginger and veg, egg rolls. An order of
Moo Shu p0rk for later in the week...

My supper at my neighbor's house was halloumi cheese that was sauteed
with some za'atar spice. The roasted vegetables were zucchini strips and
red onion that were mixed with pearl couscous and halved cherry tomatoes.
Lemon zest, a bit of fresh squeezed lemon, salt, and pepper finished the dish.
It also called for cilantro to be sprinkled over the dish when it was served but
I decided to forgo that as I am not a fan.

The dinner was absolutely dee-licious!!!!!!
