On May 6th, the 10th Annual James Beard Awards were presented in New
York. For those Foodies and Foodbookies who missed the announcement
of the winners, here's the list. If someone else has already posted it,

FLATBREADS and FLAVORS, LIGHTER, QUICKER, BETTER, and
THE WHOLE WORLD LOVES CHICKEN SOUP, also won Julia
Child Cookbook Awards, which were presented last Saturday in
Philadelphia. That group gave top honors to FROM THE EARTH
TO THE TABLE: John Ash's Wine Country Cuisine.

FYI: The James Beard Awards are being broadcast at varies timed during the
week on the TV Food Network this week. I think the awards are on 11:00 PM
