Breasts, sliced and garlic butter and sliced lemon placed inside, seasonings
courtesy of Cshenk, topped with pancetta, and wrapped in a 'bag' of oiled and
seasoned alfoil, cooked in the Halogen cooker along with a garlic parcel.

Served with a garlic potato mash built into a dam to contain the
sauce/juices, with whole steamed carrots, pumpkin chunks, and peas and corn.

Thanks Koko...... the SO saw me making the mash 'dam' and told me to "stop
playing with the damn food and dish the bloody thing up!!"

I think she was hungry :-)
