Don't know if this is compatible with Open Libre Office. but word doc files
can be opened according to Open Libre Office web site.so here is link to
word templates.

So their own website is lying, hmmm. Maybe you should ask the folks who
write and support the software... that is, if they even offer support.

The templates are free. why not try them out before you make a snap
judgment.
