I want to use some of my turkey broth, some egg noodles and the carcass
bits in a cassarole with some veggies.

Does anyone have a good recipe. Mine always comes out dry.

How about a stir fry instead?

I made this tonight. Boil noodles, add olive oil to pan, chop one onion,
6 cloves garlic, crush some chili peppers according to your taste, start
frying, add 1 lb thawed frozen spinach, fry a few more minutes, add
chopped turkey, add noodles, add broth. I sprinkled some grated
parmesean when plated.

George, I've never been so impressed by your ability put all the words
together as I was on 11/27/2009 in saying:

I went ahead with the turkey/noodles. Instead of dry, this time, not
enough salt. Anyways, better not enough than too much.

I was going to make old fashioned turkey tetrazzini tonight, but DD
took over. She boiled the noodles in stock that was made into a sauce
later and put broccoli into it (with a whole bunch of other stuff in
between). It wasn't as good as the way her husband makes it. Shhhh!
I didn't say that.

I love cooking with wine.
Sometimes I even put it in the food.

If you post your recipe perhaps someone can offer corrections.

I don't really have one. I ususally just throw stuff in until it looks
right. That's why I was asking. I suppose I could look for one
somewhere. Was just wondering if anyone one had anything spectacular
to offer up.
