Thanks for the reminder on how great Mimi's sticky chicken is Wayne. I actually remembered to buy the chicken the day before we intended eating it! It's in the oven now and will be delicious for dinner. My 7 year old would eat the whole thing himself! Sarah

Okay, all that talk about grits got me hankerin' for some - so I figured I'd use some (frozen) shrimp to add to my grits <VBG> since I don't eat plain/raw grits. I've been really enjoying the jams I got from Barb (Thanks, Barb!). I was especially intrigued to try the spiced tomato (jam? preserves? I don't feel like getting up to go check that. Let's say jam.). It's fascinating. It reminds most of us of apple butter because of the spice mixture, but it's obviously a bit different. Anyway, I got the idea... more »
