Well chocolate, dark or otherwise, is a carrier of vegetable
fat so you won't get those benefits if you eat lots of animal fat.
To get the benefit mentioned you have to eat a lot of chocolate.

It contains very tiny amounts of the mentioned chemicals
as well others but in any case you would have to eat tremendous
amounts of chocolate even if Dark,containing sugar and fat, to
benefit from those chemicals.

Most of the benefits mentioned above are debatable but
the over-riding consideration is that it tastes good.
I daily mix a tablespoon(15 cc) of quality cacoa powder with
a half tablespoon of white sugar(7.5), mix with a fluid ounce(30 cc)
of (goat) milk and hot water to taste(90 cc). This ensures that the
day will not be wholly wasted nor totally bitter.
