Here you go. I have been wanting to try them with a bunch of sunflour
seeds too. This is something I have been working on for a long time.

OK we all know How to make the basic CC cookie so I will just list the
ingredients. Cook them at 350 till just brown
this is a big batch of cookies. I freeze part of the dough in balls so
they are ready to bake.
2# (pound) of butter
3# of brown sugar
4 eggs
2 teaspoons salt
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoons vanilla
6 cups all purpose flour
2 cups oat flour "or make it by running rolled oars through a blender
or food processor"
about 1# of Semi sweet chips
about 1# of shredded coconut
about 1# of chopped nuts
Do not go overboard on the C chips as this is a very rich cookie. More
coconut would be great.this is a semi soft cookie.

Recipe for: Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients:
1.75 c Flour
0.75 c Wheat flour
0.50 Ts Baking soda
0.50 c Reduced calorie margarine
0.25 c Packed brown sugar
0.25 c White sugar
0.50 c Orange juice
2.00 Egg whites
1.00 Tb Vanilla
1.00 Large egg
3.00 oz Chocolate chunks, chopped
Procedures:
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Combine flour and baking soda on wax paper.
In a large bowl, combine margarine and sugars, beating on high speed for 2
minutes, until creamy.
Add orange juice, egg, egg whites and vanilla.
Beat until blended.
Add flour mixture.
Stir to combine.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet, 2" apart.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until done.
Cool on rack.

they always turn out great. My husband loves Chocolate Chip Cookies and I
try to bake from a different recipe each time I bake them for him to give
him some variety. That way at least he doesn't get tired of his Favorite:
Chocolate Chip Cookies. The Practically Perfect Cookie on this site is very
good, I think I could consider it one of my favorites. Also they have a
Cookie Exchange, which I have gotten a lot of recipes from.

A few things to make them better. use good chocolate and chop it up.
much better then chips. and try a lot of sunflower seeds as the nuts.
you want a lot of them.
Pudding Chocolate Chip Cookies
2 1/4 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 cup margarine, softened
1/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp. vanilla
1 pkg.. (4 serving size) vanilla instant pudding mix (or chocolate)
2 eggs
1 pkg. (12 oz.) Semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)
Mix flour with baking soda. Combine butter, the sugars, vanilla, and
pudding mix in a large mixing bowl; beat until smooth and creamy. Beat in
eggs. Gradually add flour mixture; then stir in chips and nuts. Drop by
rounded measuring teaspoons, about 2" apart, onto ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees F for 8-10 minutes. (Also good using Butterscotch chips
& butterscotch pudding.)
Ultimate Chocochip Cookies
1 c Golden Crisco
1 1/2 c firmly packed brown sugar
1 tbsp vanilla
2 eggs
2 1/4 c all purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips (presidents choice decadent )
1 1/4 c coarsly chopped pecans leave out
and add 1 c more chips .
1. preheat oven to 375 f
2 .cream crisco sugar and vanilla in large bowl at medium speed of
electric mixer for 2 min or well blended and creamy
3 add eggs beating 1 min till thourougly blended 4 .combine flour salt
and baking soda add to
creamed mixture gradually beating on low speed for1 minute or just
until
blended
5. stir in choc chips and pecans
6.drop by heaping spoonfuls(2 tbsps) on
ungreased cookie sheets leaving about
3**between cookies they spread alot
7.Bake one cookie sheet at a time at 375 f
for 8 to10 minutes for chewy or 11 to
13 mins for crisp (I cook till lightly brown
about 7 minutes in my oven)
cookies will still appear moist do not over bake!
cool 2 mins on sheet place foil on counter .
remove cookies to foil and cool completely
makes 3-4 dozen cookies

Chocolate Chip Cookies
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup firmly packed light or golden brown sugar
1 TBS. vanilla extract
1 TBS. hazlenut liqueur
1 TBS. coffee liqueur
2 large eggs
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 11 1/2 ounce bags milk chocolate chips
1 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts
Preheat oven to 325º. Using an electric mixer beat first 6 ingredients in large
bowl until light and fluffy. Add eggs and beat well. Mix flour, baking soda and
salt in a small bowl. Stir into butter mixture. Mix in chocolate chips and
nuts. Drop by generous tablespoons onto ungreased cookie sheet, spacing about
1-2" apart. Bake until cookies are golden brown, about 14-15 minutes. Do not
overbake. Transfer to a wire rack to cool. Makes about 3 1/2-4 dozen. Jan
