NOTES
Tuesday night is our Woodshed dance in Atherton. It's a peek backstage.
Callers (or would-be callers) try out new material or new ways of teaching;
dancers voice their opinions. This is an evening for anybody who's interested
in dance construction and calling. If you plan to come it's a good idea to
let Alan Winston know -

Wednesday night at Christ Church Berkeley is our quarterly free introduction to
English dance, this time led by Alan Winston, with music by StringFire.
Experienced dancers very welcome to support new dancers, and a great time to
bring or send friends you'd like to introduce to English dancing. Easy dances
with clear phrasing introduce basic concepts.
Early notice: Next Monday, April 15, Palo Alto has a special contradance with
the Retrospectacles and Susan Michaels! That'll be at the usual spot, First
United Methodist Church, Hamilton and Webster, at 7:30 pm Monday.
