Ireland was great--it was just my pal and me riding, which is a
benefit of going very early in the season. We lucked out with weather,

Sitting trot again

What started out as a work-in-hand session ended up with me riding and
working on getting Westwind supple. Have I mentioned that my horse gets
*very* stiff? I really don't have enough drive with my back and legs to
effectively drive him into the bit. It's getting there slowly. It also
helps that I've been more consistent about not letting him break gait.... more »

What are some of the causes (other than Navicular) for heel pain in a
horse.?
Could a trim that left my horse too long in the toe cause heel pain?

Horse startled by another falls off trail, and dies of injuries. Two other horses require airlift out.
