Probably, assuming dry wood and no voids/bubbles when you filled it..
CA does tend to get brittle over time, though.. and I'd guess that if it has a
finish, that will wear differently than bare wood?
Some folks use CA 'for' the finish, so it's probably not a big deal...
I've got bowls that have CA/saw dust filling the cracks and they've been fine
for a few years, that I know of.. lol
