Hi there!

I'm interested in making grappa from the lees of my latest batch of
wine, but I'm not sure how to go about it. I used Mourvedre grapes and
I suspect I *could* make a decent grappa if I knew how to do it.

Does anyone out there know where I can get more information on
distilling grappa, i.e. recipes and equipment needed? Thanks very much.
