outdated knitting pattern

Does anyone have available Reynolds Pattern #349, which was featured as an
advertisement in Vogue Knitting, Fall '91? The sweater is Candide (yarn),
a landscape designed by Susan Olsen. I have contacted Reynolds and it is
no longer available; also, I have checked every (almost) knitting service
on the web with no results. I feel someone, somewhere must have knitted
this sweater and has the pattern available. I will be more than happy to
pay for the pattern as well as for the postage.
