My DH and I (we met via internet 6 years ago on the 25th of March)
will be celebrating our 3 year wedding anniversary on the 28th of
March. For his gift, I chose a watercolor painting done of the
cathedral where we were married done by a local artist. For my gift,
he bought me an office chair. Now, I know that this is not the most
romantic gift, but let me explain! :) As some of you may know that I
was in a car accident almost a year ago, and have been having a lot of
problems with my back. Well we recently switched rooms (there are 2
extra bedrooms in our house that are not being used). So in his old
room is the computer desk which he gave to me, but he took his office
chair. So I was using a kitchen chair while I was sitting in here.
So this one is more comfortable than his chair and to top it all off,
he went out and bought me 4 plastic magazine file boxes so that I can
"organize all your cross stitch magazines" (his words!!!)

Isn't he a sweetie!

Yep... since I got my office chair (which was a present like yours...) my
back has starting to be a bit better slowly... And I can guarantee from
experience that sitting on an office chair makes things so much easier...
Better find yourself a soft cushion to put on it... That is even cosier...

> > Isn't he a sweetie!

Yep... he is... all the best ones always are...

Mine totally dotes on me since we started my fertility treatment... which
BTW is going well... a period and ten days of temperature charting onwards,
I am finally starting to look positively at something... looks like
fertility treatment has an added bonus for me... ridding me of clinical
depression...

I have gone from 36.0 degrees celsius to todays peak (so far) of 36.7
degrees celsius... does anyone know how much the temperature normally
rises...??

Anyway... back to you, Suzanne, have a nice celebration and many happy
returns (from another happily married person...). Seven and a bit years and
counting... and hoping to give birth to a baby early next year...

My gift to me last year was a bar stool, for much the same reason. The added
height makes it more comfortable for me to use the dining room table as my
office.
