Anyone working on Seascape by Silver Lining. I am interested in adding this
to stash. Went to LNS and they did not have any Silver Lining's. I can order
on net but just wanted to know info how hard
is it to stitch. What material are you using. Any other tips you can think
of. Thanks for help in advance.

Hi, Jo,

I have this chart on order at my LNS, so haven't started working it yet,
but I am nearly finished with another of Marc's designs, Oslo Harbor
Light. It's on 32 ct. linen.

There are a couple of blended colors, and some blending filament.
There's some backstitching. There are areas with fairly large blocks of
one color, and other large areas where there are several color changes
within a 10 x 10 stitch block, including lots and lots of places that
use one or two or three stitches of one color. I learned the usefulness
of a basted grid in pieces like this through stitching this one without
a grid!

It's a pleasure to stitch Marc's stuff. The finished product looks so
nice it's hard to believe I'm the one who did it.

I'm planning to do Seascape over one to use on the top of a stitching
basket.
