It is not New Year incoming yet. However, Jim has always called it
"Amateur Drunk's NIght". I plan to have had a good read of my book and
be asleep way before then

I do wish my GOOD friends here a Happy and Healthy New Year.

Unlike Lucille, I am not too sure about "wealthy, or prosperous".

However, may we make the best of what the cards deal us, and may we be
happy.

I WILL finish some UFOs. I REALLY SWEAR!!!

Here's an odd fact for people who met on this newsgroup and like each other.
My DDH, Mel, refused to go to leave our house on New Year's Eve because he
called it Amateur Night and didn't enjoy seeing all the drunks.
