Thanks for your help in advance.
You must Huff on the stamp before putting it to paper, a nice warm huff will
remoisten any spots that might have dried up, also, don't wait too long
before stamping. Hope this helped

Take a spray bottle (with water) and spray a fine mist on the image... You will
not be able to control the blended colors... but, it will be a different
look...
Have fun!

Are you "Huffing" on your stamp after coloring on them. This needs to be
done each time you use markers on your stamps. but....it may be your
markers....
There are some "not so good" water color markers out there. They do dry
up fast. What markers do you have? I have tried many kinds... I have
thrown out all but my Marvy Markers. They are the best I have found for
a couple reasons.... They seem to stay wet the longest. They have a real
nice variety of colors and tip sizes. You can really use them to play
with water and water color paper.. They last a real long time. Plus...
the tips don't fall apart and leave threads on your stamps.

If you are using watercolor markers on stamps to color them, you
should "huff" on the stamp a few times so that your breath adds
moisture. Then stamp immediately. And if you are using this method,
it works best with shiny cardstock and solid (as opposed to
finely-detailed) image stamps.
Hope the huffing helps!

GOOD FOR YOU! Hip Hip Horay for Marvy Markers! I love mine! Did you
know that you can paint with them? Take a paint tray.... use a Marvy and
color in a tray... color in another and another... maybe all the colors?
... then, get your paint brush out... dunk it in water... mix it in the
colored tray... and VOILA! you can paint with color! You can let the
colors dry right in your trays! DON'T RINSE THEM OUT! Waste not want
not! when you want to use the colors again... pull the tray out and wet
your brush... rewet the tray... and paint again!
Happy Marvy Painting!
Barbara.
