Are you talking about watercolor crayons? If so, I'm not sure how you'd
use them "on" stamps -- they're dry, like a crayon, when you apply them;
you brush water onto the paper to achieve the watercolor effect. I like
them a lot for creating backgrounds, etc., though.

Mine are the Staedtler Aquarell crayons (they also make a watercolor
pencil), and I got them in the art supply department at my university
bookstore. I'd look in general art supply stores, as opposed to craft
stores. You might also try http://www.dickblick.com, the biggest on-line
art-supply vendor I know of ... but beware, you could spend your life
savings at this place!

I can vouch for Caran D'Ache Aquarelle crayons and their watercolor
pencils too. I have had used them for years. I got them at an art
store.
