Mock Business Plan for Pottery painting shop

I am writing a business plan for one an MBA course. My business plan
is based on opening a pottery painting shop - where I will have bare
pottery for sale for the customer to paint at the shop. They will leave
it there and my business will glaze and fire the piece(s).

Some of you may have seen such a store - and may own one. I am looking
for people who can help me with areas such as the product strategy,
financial plan, marketing plan, etc. I have SPECIFIC questions to ask
anyone who might be able to help. I would truly appreciate gaining any
new knowledge.
