There may be something better by now, but when I was in school, the
art students used "Fix-A-Tive," to spray on paper AFTER the art was
completed. I don't know about glossy finishes; you'd have to test it,
I guess.
They bought this product at an art supply store. You could ask them
for recommendations.

Something that I've discovered that works really well for other
things [not cards], is to use my finger and put a thin coat of Sobo
glue over the color image. It doesnt seem to smear the ink, and it
coats the paper real nice to that I can use it for jewelry, etc.
Hope this gives you a little idea-

You can use acrylic sprays that are clear. Do it outside or someplace
with a lot of air so you don't breath it. I have also used cheap hair
