This has been discussed several times in rec.crafts.textiles. Supposedly,
there was a Disney book in print in the 70's (Gloria & Pat?), but Disney
didn't like that, so it is no longer available. One person did suggest
that it may be found at a local library. Disney sells some kits. There is
an 800 number you can call - I can't find it right now, but if you post the
question to the textiles group, I am sure someone will give it to you. The
only other option seems to be to get a copy of the scene you want to stitch
and either scan it into a software program that can convert it into a chart
for you (I've seen lots of discussion of a great shareware one available
for PCs - unfortunately, I have a Max :-( ), or photocopy it with a piece
of graph paper in the size you want over the top.
