Below are several practical _how-to_ books on marbling. All include
bibliographies and lists of suppliers; Maurer's books also have good
plans for constructing marbling equipment and tools.

MARBLING, A Complete Guidex

some ideas:

***SUPPLIERS OF MARBLING EQUIPMENT AND SUPPLIES (USA)***
Many tools and supplies for marbling are not easily obtainable at art
supply stores, but these and a variety of papers are available by
mail order. Here are some sources which I have found dependable.
A variety of marbling kits have become available; some are very well
designed and workable, but most are not compatible with the
traditional watercolor process. An exception is the kit made by Dryad
in England; it contains their excellent colors and carragheenan size.
There is a growing interest in marbling with acrylics, and a well
thought out kit is made by Sails International, manufacturer of Dr.
Ph. Martin's products.
