Fabric dye stick

I am doing a project that calls for a fabric dye stick. I can't find
anyone in Austin who even knows what one is, much less where to buy
one. Can anyone help?

I don't know if this is what you're looking for, but Pentel makes a
fabric dye pastel crayon. These look very much like the pastel
crayons I used in school, but can be used on cloth. After heat
setting with an iron, the design is washable. I found mine in the
artist supply section of my local stationery store. Possibly fabric
markers might be used instead, though the pastels give a softer line.
