Can anyone provide me with information on how to make and
paint a carousel horse using athe spring jumper type toy
horse? I have seen a few that have been made and have 2
broken broncos that i want to turn into carousel horses.

Go to a library and look up carousel horses. These were possibly the best
folk art examples in american history. Look at the bright colors that were
used and how the paints were used. As kids we never appreciated how these
were hand carved examples ot art.
