I tend to putter around with Linux and in fact the box Im running has a "dual boot" setup with XP and Mint 7 Linux If you have a spare box collecting dust..you may wish to download and install Mint 7 Linux. So far..it works very very well and is quite easy for a beginner to Linux to run. I dual boot various forms of Linux and this one may stay on my puter... more »

The wifes car has started to run for up to 5 minutes..then simply die for another 3-4..then start right up and run for another few minutes..then die again. This happened in Bakersfield and I had to have her towed 43 miles home. No lights show up on the dash..cranks fine, just dies. It has a dual coil..a 4 banger with a pair of replaceable coil packs... more »

My electrician friend is coming up for Thanksgiving, and to wire in my BIG honking SIEMENS breaker panel for my two containers. This panel is twice as big as the one in my house. It will probably just have six or eight breakers in it, but room for about 32. The box is about 36" high, and 24" wide. Came out of a hotel remodel, and nothing but the finest for them... more »
