Need Help with ASA Adapter

My customer says they have a machine with an ASA female shaft, but the ID
dimension (round) is 0.750" and it takes a 5/32" woodruff key. Doesn't
match my ASA adapters which are closer to 1.000" in diameter.

Anyone have the specs on or a supplier for these 0.750" ASA-type adapters or
is my customer crazy and this is just a female shaft adapter, etc?
