I was reviewing some data on Phil Sharpe and came across this Time
magazine article from Jan 1940.

Some interesting articles ads and so forth.

2 yrs before the war..but the stench was starting to rise from the
corpses in the far east and Finland

Wow, even in 1940, the first pages of the mag were ads, and they took
up at least 1/3 of the publication. Amazing.

I was curious and googled your search term. Ethel sure was a mean
bitch. His wife got him released from the hospital after a bout with
pneumonia and took him home to his ranch, then dropped him off and
went to Cape Cod, where she had moved the furniture, appliances, and
their kids. He was left to starve and the mailman finally brought him
some food. Cold hearted C, wot? http://tinyurl.com/mlymkhd
(That's one way you can make URLs shorter, sir.)
