With 20 plus years in the business he has this to say:

If he was the leading one who were the others?

He said nothing.

You're too stupid to realize that he's literally insulting YOU by
writing that.
Your stupidity knows no bounds.
Joe,
It is poor sportsmanship to foul someone else line. Right when they
are playing a HUGE sucker too..
He was going to reel him in and get a trophy.
Like the time the little nutjob p1ssed all over himself telling
everyone that he was the " L'Enfant Terrible " What a hoot!
Don't spoil the next one now, OK?
It’s unfortunate that one has to break ties from a company to offer
ideas, creative solutions or to share their thoughts. The industry is
certainly lacking.
Hopefully it wouldn’t be a bitch session but rather a professional
blog. But I do understand that some of these developers just don’t get
it.

I'd say fucked up without any hesitation, Gary.
I agree with you there is no leader.
I'd like to see more CAM companies start up with a clean sheet of
paper because that's what is really needed. I'd also like to see DP
Technology keep going on the track they are on. In the last few years
I really like the direction DP Technology has moved in. A lot of work
still needed but I feel the owners of DP Technology know what they
need to improve. Esprit 2010 was the most improved CAM release of 2009
that I'm aware of.

Works the same way if you work for a machine shop. If you want to keep
learning you gotta move or you end up a brain dead moron stuck at
$23.50 an hour sucking John Carroll's dick.

Whatever Kevin Cunningham has to say I'm always interested in
listening! His Surfware training CD's are beyond excellent. Kevin has
always been first class in any dealings I've had with him. He love's
VX CAD by the way and is a very proficient user of it. Don't think he
does much with VX CAM... could be wrong.

MEMO: This is from the guy that cannot even drill holes with MasterCAM
& cannot even begin to grasp more than 2.5 axes.

Curious to see what the "civilian so to speak" has to say about
Cimatron?
We already know what some say here.
I've been in the mold biz for 30 plus years, also a civilian now.
Don't waste your time. If your serious about doing complex 3D
machining, micro machining ect, just migrate to Cimatron. Yes m i g r
a t e. Keep your Smartscam, Masterscam, Gibbsscam, Delscam for the
"easy" stuff & slowly move to the best. Best ? well...... the jury
is still out on UG vs Cimatron.
Its not an overnight transition. Maybe a year? Thats what it took me
for total transformation from MCv9. I would never go back & by what
I'm seeing from others till this day, I wouldn't waste my time on
them, unless your in the "BASH BLOG" business & need something to
write about.
I did like Mscam's art package I saw a few years back. Wonder what
ever happened to it? Any MC insiders out there know WTF happened to
it?
Ok back to bashing gents. Its cool up here in Chi-town, I could use a
little hot air.

Jon, why don't you pick up the slack, and become the new Surfcam VAR?
You could show everybody how it's really supposed to be done!

IIRC It's still there a a downloadabe option but don't hold me to it.
Was mentioned months or a few years ago but memory fades
<shrug>.

I was out in the Jeep plowing when it happened, a little after 4am,
did'nt feel a thing whilst ramming into the already frozen banks of
previous snow. Not a big deal. Came in around 4:30ish & heard it on
the news. WTF? epicenter about 15mi away from me. Alot of people
"shook up" about it, especially ones here from Calefornya (Arnold the
Govenator)<g>. We get minor 4 / 5 magnitude quakes here every 5 or so
years. The big fault line is down in St Louie - Louie. That one outta
be fun when it goes, plus its past due!
side note, kinda funny what the German interpretation of
Schwarzenegger.
