Finally got around to drilling and installing the blind threaded
fasteners on the bottom of the Versa Cart with the special tool I
purchased just for this job. I did this modification so I could remove
the large middle wheel that Kennedy supplies with a Versa Cart. The
original wheel supplied with Kennedy Versa Carts easily flat spots and
people trip over it because it sticks out and is hard to see. I
consider it to be dangerous.

I've tested my modified Versa Cart and it's almost as maneuverable as
the original setup. My new Versa Cart setup turns out to be very
steady. Naturally the idiot Tom Brewer, now posting as Larry Rozer,
was once again completely wrong and this modification works great. It
should go without saying that Tom Brewer's hero and mentor Cliffy
Huprich was also wrong about my idea to modify the Kennedy Versa
Cart.

The two wheels in the middle are fixed and the two wheels on each end
are the swivel type that lock.

LOL! Hey great idea! Let's stack 4 toolboxes on top of each other, and
then narrow the wheelbase of the main cart by more than 10%. What
could possibly go wrong?

While you're at it, can you please post a direct quote where Tom said
it wouldn't work?

BTW. What's more dangerous, a wheel that sticks out 1.5 inches, or a
tool box that's 10+% narrower and 30% taller than originally designed?
Banquergeneering at it's finest!

Maybe if he added an "ACME" stencil on it it would be a LOT funnier.

I'm sure I could. If I did, would it help you and the other idiots
like the real / fake Joe788, Tom Brewer (posting as Larry Rozer),
Cliffy Huprich, etc. to realize the following:

1. My modification makes the Kennedy Versa Cart much like a Snap-On,
Matco, Craftsman Professional / Waterloo tool box. Note: None of these
toolboxes use the idiotic hard rubber wheel that is dangerous because
it sticks out. This idiotic hard rubber wheel also flat spots very
easily. Further, my modified Versa Cart is very, very stable and
doesn't even come close to tipping over just like Snap-On, Matco,
Craftsman Professional / Waterloo tool box with the same kind of wheel
design as I now have don't come close to easily tipping over. I doubt
the drunk idiot in Florida has any problems with his box tipping over
either which just goes to show how fucking dumb the real / fake
Joe788, Tom Brewer (posting as Larry Rozer), Cliffy Huprich, etc are.

2. Here's a clue Doug because you obviously need one. The key is in
using the blind MaxTite steel fasteners that I used. This makes my
modification quick, easy and painless if you have a clue... something
you and many others obviously don't have.

3. If I had the room to maneuver my tool box in the small machining
job shops I like to work for, I would consider what the drunk idiot in
Florida did which isn't a bad idea if you have an easy way to
transport the box and if you work in a shop where maneuvering it won't
be a problem. About 42" long is the most I can get away with. The
drunk idiot in Florida's cart is almost 60" long. Won't work for me.
Wish it could. The drunk idiot in Florida still can't figure this
out.

The larger diameter makes it easier to roll on rough or
dirty (like with chips from actual production) shop floors.

So using special fasteners that took about a year & a small fortune
to add increases stability, eh?

Haha! Sure Jon. Narrow the wheelbase by 10%, and increase the center
of gravity by 30%.

How many "small machining job shops" do you work for, Jon? You work
in a faux, not for profit shop, drilling holes in plates.

Thanks Bonnie Yonkers!!

You haven't ripped out a good rant for a while, I think you are
getting back into the swing of things.
This is some funny shit, you foaming away at the keyboard again.

You must have run out of your prescription, or decided you didn't need
it anymore....
Tell us, if your pay is based on the mighty stock options you bragged
about, are you now working for "Coolie Wages" ?
And is that why you need to make up a cart?

Thanks again for the rant!
Hope I gave you some ideas on some more funny rants...
We are counting on you to entertain us...
Glad to see you are your old crazy self again.
