And have available an Aciera 22 mill /drill. This has handwheels on
all three axis and I have a modest amount of tooling and boring tools
(in the boxes). This unit is the floor model, standing about 6' tall
Its a Swiss drill press/milling machine and if you do a review on
Aciera..you will note that they were considered the best of the best
Swiss machinery.

Also is a Taiwanese mill..40 taper, with both the verticle head..and the
horizontal spindle. Power feed on all axis. Its probably about 2800 lbs
Looks to be a right nice mill under the grime.

Ive not powered them up as of yet, both are still in So. Cal (Santa Ana)
but will do so this coming week and take photos of both.

Any interest in either of them?

If not..Ill swap out the big Delta drill press with the Aciera and use
it in my own shop. Having the ultimate mill/drill with a 2hp
motor...<VBG>

Used they are going for $5100 Euros..whatever that is.

Make me an offer and Ill hold it and check it out.

Now the big miller, horizontal/vert will be about $1800 if its in good
running shape. Maybe some less. Maybe a lot less.

Oh..I should mention I have the factory manual on this mill/drill and

Drilling/tapping depth is 4.72", with a head adjustment range of 12"
Z has power feed if needed, with a range of .0008-.12 per rev

Model 22 (S) TRAE
E stands for electrical tapping with auto reverse and adjustable
start/stop locations

There is a pedel located in the base of the machine, that will
automatically start/stop/reverse drilling and tapping operations

Ive just finished reading the manual..its quite the machine!

Did the manual have the proof of ownership inside? You know like the
owners name, phone number with original receipt?

So maybe these machines will be Ig's start in the scrap business...why
don't you donate those machines to Ig Gummer?

Of course we still need to see proof of ownership.

Good question.

My problem...Gummer not paying his bills...and not paying taxes...and
publicly bragging that he is proud of his sad lifestyle.

Anyone buying anything from Gummer had better demand proof of
ownership of the items or risk possibly being prosecuted for buying
stolen property.

Buying anything from Gummer can cost the buyer much more than just the
cash they hand to Gummer.

As does the French Revolution

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/French_Revolution

The problem with the Jacqurerie was that the peasents were poorly armed
and utimately were up against the well armed and armored French
military.

The Leftwing has no arms and armor to speak off..and the military is
composed of the very same non leftwing peasents that will ultimately
rise up and kill the Leftwingers enmass.

Hmmm...I bring up the need for documentation for proof of ownership
and Gummer makes a death threat against me.

Now in the world of business that would be a significant indicator
that the merchandise in question might be stolen.

Of course Gummer posting proof of ownership on line here that any
prospective buyer or law enforcement agency could verify would go a
long way in proving that Gummer rightly owns the merchandise.

Or he could just post another death threat.

LOL..okay let's play the game.

Gummer...I am interested in your merchandise.

First post proof of ownership to this discussion which I will have law
enforcement and listed creditors verify so I as a prospective buyer
can confirm that you are the sole legitmate owner of said merchandise
with no outstanding leins against said merchandise.

After establishing that you are truly the rightful owner of your
merchandise, we can then discuss pricing.

Your move.

That's ass-over-tea kettle, TMT. You're acting as bad as you accuse
Gunner of doing.

You ask a price, you niggle, natter, and agree. Then you demand proof of
ownership before paying.

Do you _really_ drive up to a used car dealer and ask him to prove he
owns the cars before you negotiate? Or is this perhaps a way to talk the
price down?

Maybe--- maybe your intent is to find he does NOT have proof of
ownership, and then get a lower price.

It doesn't matter, TMT couldn't raise the money anyway. Dildo washing
just doesn't pay that much, even with the amount of dildos both of his
mommies go through.

True..but Id love to read some actual input from the manboi.

Now everyone is aware that I have nothing but the deepest contempt for
the piece of shit on 2 legs, and he has been in my killfile for a number
of years. Like finding a used tampon on ones front porch, and nudging
it into a trash can with ones toe..then closing it tightly.

But his stench does drift in on occasion via other peoples posts..so I
do occasionally have to read his spittle laced buffoonery.

Shrug

So let him describe how I steal machinery. Ill be amusedly waiting for
him to post his claims.

Sorry TMT the first thing to establish is your ability to pay. After
you establish that you are actually a possible buyer , then you can
discuss pricing and shipping.

I imagine a person living in Mom's basement, living in their bath robe and
fuzzy slippers, empty Cheetos bags and herring cans all over, used tissue on
the floor, and the monitor as a dominant piece of furniture. The man
obviously has no time for anything else in life. I do not know if he is
agoraphobic, is house bound, is handicapped, is paraplegic, or what. Maybe
living in tunnels of hoarded used TV dinner and pop pie boxes. I just know
that he's Boo Radley strange.

I keep hearing bout that "backlog" but havent seen a single sign of it,
least of all here in California..

There is a trucking company in Orange, California that has a large
yard..and I see a huge number of neatly wrapped and bundled Haas machnes
all nicely ordered ready for shipping out in that yard.

And the quantity seldem changes. So they are either replacing them in
the exact place they were in 3 weeks ago...or they are simply sitting
there..slowly sinking into the dirt......

So if there is a big backlog...I dont know who has it, what sort of
machinery it actually is and who is ordering it.

Basically it doesn't fit.

You might also wonder how he missed the current growth in
agriculture, mining, energy extraction, and the equipment builders
that supply those industries. And don't overlook the internet which
has huge global growth.

He's just being a good Samaritan. Warning people of a potential danger
to them is wrong in your book? Like you wouldn't want someone to tip you
off that someone you're about to do business with is not exactly on the
up and up? Do you just want to come to Gummer's defense any time someone
goes after him? Or are you afraid if you don't you'll get put on his
cull list?

Well, that's Stevo for ya. He can't find a thing negative to say about
the king of Usenet postings but has a whole imaginary view of TMT's
lifestyle. I know that if anyone is sitting around in a dump with
nothing but a monitor and keyboard, Cheetos, Mountain Dew, junk food
wrappers, and other various garbage strewn around him it's Gummer. For
sure about the junk all around him.

The likelihood that anyone else is living in as nasty and repellant
conditions as Gummer is quite low; so the odds are TMT has a higher
standard of living then he does. Almost everyone does. What's hard to
understand is how people like Stevo and Gummer get off calling anybody
else strange. Talk about an odd couple. Who's worse, the one that talks
incessantly about gleefully culling huge numbers of people because
they're not right wingers, or the numbnuts that believes him and looks

I am not concerned about Gunner. It is TMT's that bothers me. Do you
really think that TMT is just being a good Samaritan? Do you really
think there is anyone that reads this newsgroup that is not aware of
Gunner financial affairs?
Or do you believe as I do that TMT is just trying to provoke people?
TMT posts lots of off topic stuff and only post a very small amount of
on topic messages that he barely posts more on topic posts than you
do. TMT is scared of his own shadow. Does not use his real name and
is afraid of letting slip what state he lives in. So it is TMT that I
am calling a busy body. He sure is not a good samarirtan.

If you believe that TMT is just acting to help people, you are way
more naive than I thought.

Again you should not post things that are so easily proved to be
false. From the latest statistics for this group.

Well TMT claims to have too many tools, but in fact I can recall only
a couple of posts where he actually mentioned a tool that he had.
You proved you graduated from college. TMT has never posted any
pictures or accounts of the tool he has. So maybe he does, but I can
also visualize him living with his parents.

It wouldn't be that hard to spot check his IP address over time. If

Must only be a coincidence that places that do business with gummer
keep shutting down, although his chosen title is likely close to a
confession.

Poor attempt at trying to distract from what he posted about the
machines being owned by the creditors, which would indicate that he
has likely nailed you real good!

It's been over 48 hours Gummer...still waiting for that proof of

Dan,

I can sell you the Brooklyn Bridge but before I can set a price I need to
know if you have any money...

LOL...yeah I had to laugh when I saw one of Gummer's sock puppets rush
to defend him.

Both Danny and Mikey have some real problems.

But you will have to cut me a percentage of the deal since I own the
Brooklyn Bridge.

Of course you will have to wait for my proof of ownership for the
Brooklyn Bridge since it is on the same roll of paper in Gummer's
bathroom where his proof for his mill apparently is.

I hear the tipping limit is three cows or five Republicans.

Thanks Hawke...that is exactly the case.

Note that Gummer has yet to provide any proof of ownership...something
a legitimate seller could easily produce if it was asked for.

rather weird that with so many reputable sellers of used equipment
gummby is the person selling it ... does this equipment even exist,
and if it does its most likely just scrap metal quality.

I think I have enough money to buy the bridge, but I am afraid I do
not have enough for the shipping. You best look for a mark closer to
Brooklyn.

Same way you steal your medical treatment.

You buy it on credit, and then hide it so it can’t be repossessed when
you refuse to pay your debts.

Then calling others a leach if they want to receive benefit from the
insurance that they have been paying on for years, while he refuses to
use the free clinics or veterans medical, refuses to use his “machine
shop” to make things for pay, refuses to let others use his “machine
shop” to make things for pay and split the profit, or anything else
other than just be a leach.

Then he promises to pay for thousands of dollars of medical treatment
and then stiffs them for the bill.
Then goes right back to calling others a leach for wanting to use the
insurance that they paid for.

Ability to pay is dependent on price.
And that is dependent on if the item is hot or not.
Hot items are cheaper then legitimate items due to the hot item being
free to the seller, thus all profit.

Sounds like someone that would endorse a item that he knew wasn’t as
advertised.

I do if I’m dealing with a known liar.

If the dealer is reputable, then there is no reason to wonder.
If the dealer is known to be a liar with repeated incidents of
stiffing people doing business with him, then I want to cover all the
bases before I even bother to start haggling the price or even looking
over the merchandise.

Oh no! Be careful little guy! He may have a baaaaad disease! There's a
big bottle under the kitchen sink. It says 'Bleach' on it. You should
drink some of it to make sure you kill any disease he may have given you.

While you're there, you should try to get that little boy you lost up
in there out too. He's probably hungry by now.

LOL...and now we suddenly have another sock puppet appear out of
nowhere that attacks only those who question Gummer's ownership of the
merchandise.

Coincidence?

Only if you believe that Herman Cain is not a pervert.

Meanwhile Gummer is no where to be found.

Yet another death threat Gummer.

How's that search for proof of ownership going?

Weird for us is normal for Gummer.

Gummer specializes in working off the books.

He is a bottom bottom feeder who drags home bits and pieces of stuff
that he finds and then resells.

He is up to his ears with leins and judgments so he expects cash to
avoid paying creditors and the tax man.

His sources of merchandise are suspect at best.

Let's assume that he has this machine...did he buy it...or did he get
it for services rendered...or did it just jump in his truck?

Remember he is shutting down yet another customer...so is this machine
from that customer...and does this customer own it free and clear...or
does his creditors have a lein against it?

And during any shutdown, many things grow legs and walk away.

And when was the last time you saw the machines at a shutdown prime
and in good working order? The good machines are the first to be sold,
relocated or traded to a dealer...while the junk remains.

My point is that anyone buying anything from Gummer without a complete
paper trail is just asking for a big headache with possible lawsuits
and police involvement if the merchandise is tainted.

To do it over the Internet with no proof of ownership or evidence of
the machine even being in working condition is a larger risk than any
successful business would take.

Meanwhile I hear that the Brooklyn Bridge is up for grabs.. ;<)

The fact that yet another Gummer sock puppet has surfaced (one that
has only posted back in April before now) tells us that my request hit
an especially raw nerve...why would anyone but Gummer respond with
such emotion to this discussion and attack the ones questioning his
ownership.

The answer is no one would...unless they had an financial interest in
the transaction.

Now Gummer could claim that it is a liberal conspiracy to bring down
the United States by preventing him from buying more tin foil for his
new line of hats.

Most of the shops that I'm in contact with are doing OK, not
great, but not hurting.

That says something for NY given that IBM, Kodak, and Zerox
have all dialed down their machined parts requirements.
