GOP to FCC: analysis first, then net neutrality rulesmaybe
The Republicans have declared themselves the Party of No Neutrality with a
series of statements and Senate amendments trying to block the policy at the
FCC. The latest pushback comes from Rep. Cliff Stearns (R-FL), calling for the
agency to do a "market failure analysis" before enacting any non-discrimination
rules.

That's just the latest scandal concerning the FCC. Michael Powell began
deregulating the FCC in 2001 and it's been all downhill since.
