Mens Rea: Consciousness, Attributed Time & the Guilty Mind

The term Mens rea is Latin for "guilty mind". And in criminal law, it is
viewed as one of the necessary elements of a crime as the intention of
mind to carry out a crime. The standard common law test of criminal

nullification held over a 10 day period commencing a new Moon on 18
September 2001 (as my particular interest for synchronising the centre
of the Grapple Noumenon for a 5 day period being #41 on 13 September
2001 as a centrifugal model comprising septet #369 magic squares with
the solar/lunar chronological cycle and rational representation of PI)
and the Dead Sea Scroll chronological principle which is a cosmological
straight line--hence transcendent--in having a starting point on the
Equinox of Wednesday 20 March, 1996 with a new Moon on Thursday 21 March
for a base 7 Numbering system intrinsic to the cosmogony as rational
representation of PI.

In that for 3 x 364 days = 1092 days there was a lunar/solar comparison
of 3 x 354 lunar years + 30 days = 1092 days. There are in a cycle of 5
x 364 days + 182 days ( 1/2 cycle) two fragments in the Dead Sea Scroll
relics related to the 1st day of the 7th solar month as occurring on 12
September 2001 and the 21st priestly course starting on Sunday 16
September 2001 which fragment also brings together an association of the
solar and lunar cycles which appear to have been a readily observable
phenomenon.

In that this has according to the Dead Sea Scrolls, a reprise in a 294 x
364 day years as 6 Jubilees or 293 x 365.2423 days (just short of the
tropical years, but technologically better than the Julian calendar of
365.25 days instigated in 45 BCE and reformed in 1582 CE (1751 CE in
British Empire) by the Gregorian calendar reforms due to an
intercalation error resulting in a lost of synchronicity comprising a
magnitude of a loss of one day every 128 years. This forms the basis for
arguing a metaphysical and cosmological origin of language as 22
elements of the Hebrew letters which is otherwise shown geometrically as
an indestructible object (atom) in the association of the 10 as Decade
(as Greek and Ennead as Egyptian notions) and counts (number) and the 22
letters as 3 horizontal (Mother letters), 7 vertical lines (Double
letters) and 12 diagonal lines (Single letters).

It is also possible to divide the number of days in 400 years in the
Gregorian calendar reforms as 146,097 days by 7 and that when made
divisible by 22 to obtain the remainder, and to arrange the Hebrew
letters in a pattern which has a remainder of #13 as being in the middle
of the Chinese 2 BCE published DAO TE CHING / I CHING division of the
year into 364.5 days and the Jewish Kabbalah equivalent which deployed a
magic square of #369 having a distinct mathematical property at centre
of #41 for the equivalent date of 13 September.

My Jewish neighbour has no objection to the metaphysical, philosophical
and theological notions as conceptions given in the earlier homily
document so far--If he can greet me in the street to his brother as the
neighbour he bonked and then kiss me publicly, he surely would make
known any objection to my document.

I then went on to explain, that the other Jewish fellow who was an
escort and twice exited my place: once totally naked, with his phone
after we had dinner. And once partially naked in his underwear where I
presently lived--so I conveyed to my guest on departure, the motions
which would be required to navigate the courtyard and through the locked
gates.

That person was a film maker operating on a Cruising site having an
escort identity, whilst at the same time undertaking under a different
identity, a consideration of making a film about the void.

I considered the sudden departure of the individual in such
circumstances, to be an affront to a person, a perpetuation of an injury
and perhaps the focal point of his situational performance as absence
and void.

And so I sought an explanation from him. He claimed to have a cognitive
dissociative disorder as fugue state, which is associated to childhood
trauma (perhaps generational transmission of holocaust experience),
multiple personalities, sudden departures and a lack of awareness of
one’s surroundings.

I cannot deny that his mobile phone was short of battery and in that
process of loss of power and beeping alerts, I was able to bypass the
locked and password state, and read the last two messages just in
proximity to those of my conversation. Depending on whether the list of
messages is a continuous circular scroll, where the last continues onto
the first, the 2 phone messages appeared to be repetitiously used and
suggestive of a planned course of action.

He apparently consults a Jewish psychiatrist in Israel via Skype so that
he obtains a favourable currency rate in paying him in shekels.

THE CELESTIAL HIERARCH IN ROMAN CATHOLIC, ISLAMIC & JEWISH BELIEF
I recently came across a book by Nineveh Shadrach, titled the “Occult
Encyclopedia of Magic Squares: Planetary Angels and Spirits of
Ceremonial Magick”, and that book comprising some 761 pages, gives an
explanation of our Celestial hierarchy understanding of the planetary
and angelic usage of the progression of Magic Squares as the series (and
their Pythagorean reduction) #15:6 - Saturn (Agial), #34:7 - Jupiter
(Yophial), #65:2 - Mars (Graphiel), #111:3 - Sun (Nachiel), #175:4 -
Venus (Kadmael), #260:8 - Mercury (Tirial), #369:9 - Moon (Chasmodai)
and the assignment of a hierarchy of names to the 72 Hebrew Angels
derived from 3x72 letters of [Exodus 14:19-21]: [#360 degrees - #41 =
#319 for the Arabic Angel; and #360 degrees - #31 for the Hebrew Angel
equivalent]

The reasoning for this being that “the majority of angels have the
suffix ‘AL’ at the end. El is an ancient Semitic word for God,
pronounced differently based on Semitic language and dialect. The most
common pronunciations are EL in Hebrew and IL in Canaanite, from the
Akkadian ILU. EL in Hebrew was the value #31, but in Arabic, we write IL
phonetically AeeL with the value of #41.” [Quick Guide to Magic Squares]

How this works in practice is simple. Let us use the number #136, which
is the total sum of the 4x4 square. We want to use Hebrew, so we
subtract #31 from #136, which leave us with #105. Converting #105 to
Hebrew letters starts by actually pronouncing the number giving it a
clue as to the order of the letters. In this case, it is QOPH (#100) and
HE (#5) and the complete name of the angel including the suffix ‘AL’ is
QHAL (QaHaeL).

The male and femaleness of the Numbered magic square paradigm, as the
open secret of a “relationship between numbers connected to magic
squares and planetary spirits and intelligences … as a system used in
the ancient Near East as revealed in Arabic manuscripts” is drawn from a
connection to the initial 3x3 square as corresponding to Saturn as the
third emanation in the cosmic geometric diagram used in the Kabbalah
known as the Tree of Life as an order which originated in Babylon. The
sum of any line in this square is #15, which is the numerological value
of Eve in Arabic. The total sum of the entire square is #45, which is
the numerological value of Adam in Arabic and Hebrew. The primal 3x3
square is constructed along the lines of the Pythagorean Onomantick
consideration of odd numbers being masculine and even numbers
feminine--that in this Magic Square the even Numbers (feminine) appear
in the corners, containing the odd numbers (masculine). This is the
mathematical symbol of the act of sacred union or marriage--The union of
the Sun and Moon also represents the conception of Divine marriage or
sacred union. In the Magic Square, the male cross is contained by and
united in the female womb. This gives a completely new meaning to Eve’s
creation from Adam’s rib.

However as we see from the 2 BCE understanding of them the number #6 -
CHYAN (FATHER) was held in common with Pythagorean belief, and
“considered the perfection of all parts, the ancients called it the form
of forms, the articulation of the universe, and the maker of the soul”
(by Pythagorean reduction of the emanated Magic square sums:
6-7-2-3-4-8-9-1-5). And the number #2 - KUN (MOTHER) “represents
polarity and duality. By the power of the duad, the deep was created as
a mirror to the heaven above. It symbolises ignorance, but the
Pythagoreans also called it the mother of wisdom.” [Quick Guide to Magic
Squares, xviii] And if the Pythagorean belief of male/famale origins of
numbers holds true, the Chinese I-CHING H64 element, binary form
apparatus equivalent of this which is given as an interpretation
published in 2 BCE relating to those #81 numbers as ternary articulation
of the yearly cycle as DAO doesn’t completely conform, since the Father
#6 - CHYAN is FEMALE and the 3rd daughter #7 - TUI is MALE: #3 - CHEN
(MALE/1st Boy), #4 - HSUN (FEMALE/1st Girl), #1 - KAN (MALE/2nd Boy), #9
- (FEMALE/2nd Girl), #8 - KEN (MALE/3rd Boy), #7 - TUI (??MALE/3rd Girl).

The Occult Encyclopaedia of Magic Squares goes on to explain, that the
metaphysical existence of the potential 1x1 and 2x2 shouldn’t be
dismissed solely due to the impossibility of its calculation in our
reality. And in explaining this further, resorts to the Pythagorean
reduction of the values to the sums as the progression of Magic
Squares--Starting with the 3x3 you will notice a pattern that consists
of non-repeating first nine digits in a different sequence from their
natural one: 6-7-2-3-4-8-9-1-5. Once you reach five, you start again
with the number #6 and the pattern continues until infinity. If we were
to assume the existence of the hypothetical 1x1 and 2x2, the actual
sequence would start at #1 and then be followed by #5. It would be like
this: 1-5-6-7-2-3-4-8-9. This sequence would begin with the Alpha and
end with the Omega with the digits in between constituting the remaining
seven numbers, but in a different sequence from that which we are

According to www-based media reports by Nicole Winfield of Associated
Press 11 November 2011, “A delegation of Muslim, Christian, Jewish and
Druse religious leaders in Israel met Thursday 9 November 2001 with Pope
Benedict XVI in a high-profile display of their efforts to promote
interfaith peace initiatives in the region.

The Council of Religious Leaders in Israel was created in 2007 in
Jerusalem to bring together Christian, Muslim and Jewish leaders in
Israel to raise awareness about the need for interfaith dialogue and
cooperation in the Holy Land.

The audience with the pope was designed in part to boost the profile of
the council, which counts among its members representatives of Israel's
Islamic, or Sharia courts. Sheik Kiwan Mohamad, who heads an association
of some 500 imams in Israel, said the fact that the council exists was
proof that people of different faiths can live together peacefully, even
amid the political unrest in the Middle East.

"Islam is a religion of peace that loves life and condemns any act in
the name of religion against the very principles of the religion," he
said. "The people who act in this way are selfish; they do so for
themselves and out of personal motives and interests."

Israeli chief rabbi Yonah Metzger praised the "historic" nature of the
audience with the German-born pope and noted that it fell on the
anniversary of the Kristallnacht, the Nazi's 1938 anti-Jewish pogrom
which left 91 Jews dead, damaged more than 1,000 synagogues and left
some 7,500 Jewish businesses ransacked and looted.

"We, the religious leaders of the Holy Land, have come to prove once and
for all that we can live in peace," he told the pope.

Benedict has long promoted interfaith dialogue and two weeks ago invited
some 30 religious leaders from around the world to take part in a
pilgrimage to Assisi, commemorating the 25th anniversary of a similar
prayer day for peace hosted by Pope John Paul II.

Censorinus, who in his 238 CE publication De Die Natali, claims that the
Pythagorean advocate Philolaus (470-385 BCE), as the principle proponent
of the Pythagorean doctrines, considered the natural year as also
consisting of 364 and a half days and consistent with the Chinese HAN
Dynasty (206 BCE-220CE) understanding (#81 x 4.5 days = 364.5 days) of

We can consider the conjoined H64 element I CHING / #81 element DAO TE
CHING as Chinese 2 BCE understanding of them. The particular and only
book you'd find of this architecture as cosmological paradigm is Michael
Nylan's work as translation: 'The Canon of Supreme Mystery' by Yang
Hsiung. SUNY Press, 1993. A popular edition of this book has been
published under the separate title of The Elemental Changes. And see
them in conjunction with Jewish Kabbalah overlay and viewing the #2000
hierarchy entry which is given by the arrangement of the Hebrew letters
and the Gregorian 400 year cycle, as then being a relative central point
of #ZERO / #0 / #NULL associated to the #5 entry of the 3x3 Magic Square
(and its #369 expanded form equivalent) in relation to seeing the
expansion of that Magic Square hierarchy as pertaining to an historical
overlay in that #15 of the first 3x3 Magic Square corresponds to 15 CE
and #34 as the 4x4 Magic Square corresponds to 34 CE and so forth,
through the series until the #369 as the 9x9 Magic Square corresponding
to 369 CE.

And indeed I have said in an earlier Chapter, that with regards to the
Jewish Kabbalistic contribution made to this common worldview
understanding, we are dealing with a paradigm which includes both
Linguistics / Number associators and as I've shown by 22 / 7 computation
of rational PI / ENNEAD it has an attributed chronological cosmological
association--there is a deliberative dispersal of these as distributed
field of 72 x 3 sacred angel names. The Book of Creation (Sefer
Yetzirah), conveys this central notion by saying: "the Sefer presents
the words Sepher, Sephar and Sippur here, it is not doing so
accidentally. Rather, the book is deliberately presenting the roots
which define the concept of the Sefirot... The three aspects "text,
number and communication", are the keys to the methods of Sefer Yetzirah
and its conception of Kosmos (World), Year and Soul.”

When I speak of this Kabbalistic paradigm’s usage of the 3x3 Magic
Square and its #369 expanded form equivalent which provides the first of
our septet examples of the #369 all sharing a common characteristic of
#41 in the centre, I am of course drawing attention to the fact that the
series #369 which concludes the Celestial Hierarchy’s usage of them, is
the 3rd form of our total #369 instances. And that in relation to the
primal notion within the 3x3 square constructed along the lines of the
Pythagorean Onomantick consideration of odd numbers being masculine and
even numbers feminine--that in this Magic Square the even Numbers
(feminine) appear in the corners, containing the odd numbers (masculine).

There is between the first and second instances of these #369 magic
squares, a further inner dynamic of interest in the centre 3x3 magic
square, that illuminates this relationship between the constituent parts
further. The centre most square of the first 9x9 can be constructed by a
repetitious nine quadrant usage of the initial 3x3 square and the centre
3x3 being the 5th occurrence of that sequence conveys a Magic Square of:

This is common with the 2nd--but amplifies the consideration that the
centre #5 of the 3x3 inlay Magic Square can be considered a #0 starting
point for the commencement of a #2000 reprise of the Gregorian #400 year
cycle, but the centre of the matrix is established by the Jewish
Kabbalah usage and the Dead Sea Scrolls chronological 5 x 364 + 182 days
= 12 September 2001 understanding of them as rational notion of PI
applied to the solar/lunar cycles from Wednesday 20 March 1996 and their
spacial dispersal on #13 in the #6000th year when applied to the 146,097
days as #400 years of the Gregorian calendar.

And that whatever internal dynamic is presupposed to occur by such
projection of soul through the progression of seven graded steps
comprising the series: #15, #34, #65, #111, #175, #260, #369 would of
course be absorbed by the internal dynamic of our making dialectic usage
of such seven instances of #369 Magic Squares all having the same #41
central dynamic. And whilst the last in the series of that specific
angel hierarchical usage of them, is of course subsumed by our inclusion
of it as the 3rd of 7 such strata.

In dealing with such a paradigmatic "set of linguistic items that form
mutually exclusive choices in particular syntactic roles", I draw a
linguistic association as common conception of the paradigm by
referencing a number of Biblical Texts dealing with the Apostle Paul's
theology: “thrones--thronos / #15, or dominions--kuriotes / #34, or
principalities--arche / #175, or powers--exousia / #111.” I take the
point that syntagm is perhaps a better notion for describing the 9
linguistic terms which define that Kabbalistic paradigm beginning with
SERAPHIM and CHERUBIM, I am here equally concerned about their
additional numerical references {#15 - THRONES, #34 - DOMINIONS, #65 -
VIRTUES, #111 - POWERS, #175 - PRINCIPALITIES, #260 - ARCH-ANGELS, #369
- ANGELS} of those celestial hierarchical terms and to define such a
model as "a philosophical and theoretical framework of a scientific
school or discipline within which theories, laws, and generalizations
and the experiments performed in support of them are formulated;
broadly: a philosophical or theoretical framework of any kind."

The Chinese lunar calendaring conception of this model (which continues
to this very day) starts its series of sequential numbering of the
paradigm from the new moon on midnight of the winter solstice in 103 BCE
and thusly runs its course in a consistent manner to the Religious
Mysteries of Roman times which is conveyed by the Saturnalia festival
and later became Christmas as Christian identity--the Han dynasty
appears to be both conceptually important to the critical history
related to this view of the model and to Chinese national identity.

The observation of the age or the time as Saturn (which Philo of
Alexander states was celebrated everywhere) and which is followed by
Jupiter etc gives rise to the notion that the progression of magic
squares may have been viewed under Roman governance as a chronological
overlay for the time. This would be consistent too with the idea also
conveyed by Pythagorean/Jewish intellectual Philo of Alexander that the
unfolding of history as future events was fully known to the Romans as
it was to the Jews.

Some discussion is therefore necessary with respects to the inclusion of
other stylised elements such as geometric, colour and values systems
which go beyond the linguistic and numeral representations of the
celestial hierarchy structure already given, their historical context
[vOrange = 72J as 12 x 6J, vBlue = PURIM] and #330 - HRUMACHIS / HOLY
SPIRIT sequence given by the Jewish Kabbalistic schema as Angel: #40 #90

In the Western World at least, the organisational and institutional use
of any particular daemon associated to corporate identity, is often
associated by a value principle aligned to an effective use of force:
#237 - USE OF FORCE. An aside to this is preliminary examination of a
literary example of the meta descriptors [#142 - metaEvil / #209 -
metaGood and #369 - Thought of Judgement] which are in a collective
association with meta-descriptor #237 - USE OF FORCE as the intellectual
scaffolding to the Christian Passion conveyed by the Gospel of John
Chapters 18 and 19.

Accordingly some preliminary field investigation has been undertaken
with respects to this specific hierarchy attributed by the category of
understanding: #237- USE OF FORCE, as the basis for diary notes of
minute argumentum with the Insurer’s nominated Psychiatrist Professor
Nicholas Keks of Wednesday 4 April 2007 and an ANZAC Day 25 April 2006
arrest in Briagolong upon the occasion (as a 36 second police video
conveys), I was wearing my Rainbow sash and Jewish Kippah (Yarmulke)
walking in a westerly direction, in an accelerated manner away from, and
therefore not capable of interfering in any way with an impending and
slower parade approaching from the east:

Dolf moved from Gippsland in March 2008 to live in Sydney. He had been
there for about two years but found this [culture of discrimination]
increasingly difficult to cope with. Part of this related to the recent
death of Private Jake Kovco who had lived [in Briagolong a township with
a population of 500] in the same time. Mr Kovco made [homophobic
inferences at the time of his death as] references to past childhood
sexual abuse and Dolf saw this as impacting on him--Dolf did not know
him personally, but felt that this, [as his religious and racial protest
by a homosexual male to that effect on ANZAC Day 25 April 2006—which led
to arrest] in some way, [as the continued cultural antipathy and social
exclusion] impacted on him. The major reason for leaving, however, was
the [inhospitality of the persons there that was not respectful of his
human dignity--the newsagency in Maffra operated by Gary Sisley and a
nationalistic jingoism as racial, sexual and religious vilification
amongst these peoples is the cause for Dr. Diane Sisley's denial of his
Human Rights under the Commonwealth] and the simple fact that he could
not access good quality medical management in his HIV in rural Victoria.

Hence his move to Sydney. He lives in a rented unit and receives income
from a salary continuance policy that he took out while he was still
working. He has not worked since he was diagnosed and treated for
non-Hodgkin's lymphoma in 1995. Despite receiving salary continuance
payments, he is in dispute with the Insurance Company--I am not sure
what the basis of this was other than his perception that they were
biased against him. He has seen a psychiatrist Professor Nicholas Keks
[as the Insurer's nominated consultant psychiatrist], whose report was
presumably unfavorable (So fearful was he that I was refused access to
the contents of his opinion).

Dolf spent much of today's interview telling me about the dispute with
the insurance company and referred often to a very complex philosophical
and metaphysical system he had developed. It involves use of numbers,
numerology, elements of the Jewish Kabbalah, use of the lunar calendar
and the original Julian calendar. He described his anger with the
attitude of the Roman Catholic Church, saying that Cardinal George Pell
as an "Irish Roman Catholic" is "entirely antagonistic to the autonomic
right of indigenous Dutch Australians" under the Commonwealth of
1901--[The hospital sought to absolve itself of cultural and ideological
dichotomic bias by attempting to introduce me to an aboriginal person in
their employ as though my disenfranchised autonomic state might
disappear like magic.] [Dolf] showed me numerous examples of his
correspondence with the Insurance Company and also some Internet
correspondence that I found difficult to understand. He also mentioned
that the Australian Constitution was framed around the same time as the
Anglo-Dutch Boer War in South Africa which implied anti-Dutch bias [in
the] process of Federation, and showed me his research into this, which
included discussions among the framers about God's role in the
constitution. [Notes: 21 May 2008]

As you may no doubt observe, that there has been with my many public
protest actions which include, but are not limited to the Rainbow Sash
Protests of Sunday 11 June 2000 and an earlier public naked protest
action of 21 August 1999 resulting in my arrest and a 3 day statutory
detainment for medical appraisals, not to mention my parading in the
rainbow sash around the War Memorials of Martin Place, Sydney--A history
of a deliberative and calculating course of provocative conduct
undertaken by me in various places and at diverse times.

DISCRIMINATING, OBLIGATION & MANIFESTING NORMS
One such example of protest which comes to mind was an issue of a
confusion over the 'Discriminating, Obligation and Manifesting Norms'
forming the premise of my registered post letters to the Australian
Advertising Standards Bureau (ACT) and the Wayside Chapel on 19 May 2006
as response to the Bureau's informal correspondence of 12 May 2006 as
acknowledgement of my electronic lodgement of a complaint of 1 May 2006
relating to the nature of Satellite ‘Sky-television’ advertisements for
the Wayside Chapel situated at 29 Hughes Street, Potts Point, New South
Wales 2011—an Australian icon which was founded in 1964 by Reverend Ted
Noffs and what subsequently coalesced into the Uniting Church of Australia.

The Advertising Standards Board advised that it is unable to consider my
complaint and they suggested contacting the advertiser direct, and/or
the television station concerned. As my complaint related to a
consideration upon the ethical portrayal of people by religious
organisations, I had included the Wayside Chapel in my response to the
Advertising Standards Bureau and to this day have heard nothing from
them. The Community Service Announcements under consideration portray
two scenarios as juxtaposition between:

a) ‘A homeless man under a bridge and man after hours behind a desk
in a high-rise Central Business District office-both men are hiding from
the world.’ [#75 - Destructive Envy, Harmed Through Greed; I-Ching: H52
- Inaction; Tetra: 72 - Hardness]

b) ‘A woman engaging in an animated discussion with a pole at an
[camera] intersection [of roadway] and a woman in an office
gesticulating and talking at a telephone after a conversation with
someone-both are just having a bad day.’ [#47 - Ignorant Guides, Viewing
the Distant; I-Ching: H43 - Resolution; Tetra: 30 - Bold Resolution]

These advertisements implore the viewer not to judge. The grounds for
complaint against The Wayside Chapel’s Community Service Announcements
were summarized as follows:

a) They exhibit a disposition towards modes of ‘self-depravation’ and
‘non-sapiental’ characterizations of people that bears equivalence to
idioms routinely deployed as satirical depictions and epithets against
individuals with same-gender orientations professing religious belief.

b) The issue of what constitutes an acceptable human identity has
been regularly debated almost from the inception of the Uniting Church
in Australia (UCA) when it was formed on 22 June 1977 and remains
unresolved.

c) The continuing reliance upon symbolic theology and philosophy of
religion derived from Pythagorean onomantick hymeneal mysticism as a
regime of religious/political governance—is blasphemy as a dynamic
contention of opposites expressed between the Roman Imperial
religious/political hymeneal conception of hyponomos (under law; subject
to law) and its association to the chronological hyponomic character of
the hypostatis (eg: 12 x 6J = 72J + 3(32+1)/2 = 457 BCE + 70 weeks = 33
CE as hypothetical) and the personality of Jesus (YHVS) Christ--refusing
to acknowledge the First Cause as a Personality which can be attributed.

d) That a social declension of the autonomous, sovereign and common
or aggregate and territorial right of a people as depicted within the
Community Service Announcements, may be said to occur, whenever there is
a denial, whether deliberate, casual, or simply an obsolescent regard
for the Hyponomic Principle, due to a progressive claim to enlightenment.

e) An axiomatic or insubstantial ‘State’ based hymeneal values, which
on the basis of dichotomy of opposites, continues to proffer a lack of
accountability as the split between religion/faith, politics and real
life--the serpent chases it’s tail where the cause of the problem,
attempts to busy itself in giving solace: “Lord, Lord, have we not
prophesied in thy name? And in thy name have cast out devils? And in thy
name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I
never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.” [Matthew 7:22-23]

That the Advertising Standards Board only considers complaints that come
within Section 2 of the Australian Association of National Advertisers
(AANA) Advertiser Code of Ethics (Code of Ethics), the AANA Code for
Advertising to Children and the FCAI Voluntary Code of Practice for
Motor Vehicle Advertising. In that issues which can be considered
include: “the use of language, discriminatory portrayal of people,
concern for children, portrayal of violence, sex, sexuality and nudity
and community standards on health and safety.”

The essential difficulty with the advertisements lays not within any
consideration of artistic merit as the work of actors, or that they are
a ‘Community Service Announcement’. But rather the disposition towards
modes of ‘self-depravation’ and ‘non-sapiental’ characterizations of
people that bears equivalence to idioms routinely deployed as satirical
depictions and epithets against individuals with same-gender
orientations who profess religious belief--However from Standards
Bureau’s understanding of “the broadcaster that the item to which you
referred is in fact a Community Service Announcement. A Community
Service Announcement falls outside the scope of the Advertising
Standard’s Board’s responsibility because it is material which is
broadcast free of charge by television stations.”

That there is now with the inclusion of Hebrew and Greek Biblical
Lexicon of Terms associated to the appraisals computed from the Grapple
Daemons, and displayed in response to textual narrative input by the
user, a barrier has been created--It troubles and generates a shockwave
internally, deeply and centrally within the religious mind of Catholics,
Jews and Islam, and will hopefully succeed where warfare and public
militant acts alone have not--And there is no further opportunity for
religious communities of religious belief (be it Wayside Chapel or the
Roman Catholic Church), to refuse to respond to complaints, or whether
by litany or phrase to condemn by expressing any opposing values,
because every aspect of their words can be measured against those
biblical sustained daemons. It is no longer open to debate!

YOU GOTTA HAVE SOUL
During the course of making a recent credit application with the
Victoria Police Association Credit Co-operative, I was advised and took
action on a debt [8 November 2011 @ #390 = #50, #300, #10, #20, #10 --
neshiy (H5386): 1) debt] and correspondingly an adverse credit reference
held against me and that this related to my past voluntary and
deliberate termination in November 2007 of an ADSL Internet Service
Agreement with Soul Communications Pty Ltd then of Perth, Western Australia.

Soul Communications had by return letter of 22 November 2007 confirmed
my ADSL service would be disconnected on 30 January 2008 as per my
request. And that as part of a dispute resolution offer, Soul
Communications had agreed to waive all early disconnection fees and any
penalties associated to the contract's early termination. And that a
credit of $258.94 was made in my favour which appears on the
accompanying statement of account for 15 December 2007 with the
reference "CN Resolution TIO".

As you may see from the accompanying documentation, I had by letter
dated 19 November 2007 written to Soul Communications made a request for
the termination of my ADSL service on the grounds that there had been,
according to my view, a deliberate disruption of my enjoyment of that
service which was perhaps due to a 3rd party complaint. There is an
outstanding question as to whether this was the result of action as my
telephone messaging two candidates from the Christian Democrats who
objected to my advice, that if they were going to engage in
anti-homosexual rhetoric as the basis for their religious
fundamentalism, they would need to differentiate such view from fascism.
That despite then Prime Minister John Howard’s assertion of the time,
there was no political censorship within Australia. Whether as response
to my questioning, either of these two Christian Democrat candidates in
the November 2007 Federal Election, were engaged in such political
censorship as religious, racial and sexual vilification of the autonomic
right under the Commonwealth which includes telephony in Section 51 of
the enabling legislation to the Australian Constitution of 1901.

I am not aware on what grounds the Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
(“TIO”) may have been involved with respects to my contract, as I have
neither made any complaint to them and the monitoring of conduct in
discussion forums which could have been subjective and arbitrary grounds
for the complaint, is outside their jurisdiction.

That given such written advice with regard to resolute action taken by
me, it is not plausible for my having an outstanding debt with respects
to Soul Communications.

I had previously, as indicated by a final letter of demand from Impact
Financial Services dated 22 September 2009 received advice that an
outstanding balance of $979.21 was due. In response to that letter dated
27 September 2009 I conveyed that Soul Communications had neither
formerly advised me of any outstanding debt nor of any penalty
associated to my early termination of the ADSL contract and that a
failure to pay this debt was likely to incur an adverse credit
reference, which I then sought to avoid. Furthermore, as I relocated
from Victoria to New South Wales, I had kept a Post Office mailbox
accessible for a year afterwards in the possibility that I might receive
any further statement of account or correspondence--which did not occur.

Accordingly I two years ago asked Impact Financial Services to
completely address the matter involving the removal of the adverse
credit reference. I had not heard further from them with respects to any
demands for payment of the outstanding debt and thought that the matter
had been completely dealt with.

It seems however, given the recent discoveries of my Credit Application
that it has not been given due attention and the debt is listed with
VEDA Advantage as still outstanding and adversely affecting by
prejudiced and false characterisation, my fair and equitable access to
the provision of goods and services. I am therefore referring the matter
to VEDA Advantage to investigate the matter and provide advice that
there is no actual outstanding debt and the adverse credit reference has
been made in error, have it removed and a compensation paid--In
substantiation of that is the fact I have a letter dated 22 November
2007 from Soul Communications acknowledging my early termination of the
account and that there was a "waive[r of] all early disconnection fees
and penalties" and that a credit of $258.95 was made in my favour and
referenced on the 15 December 2007 statement of account as "CN
Resolution TIO".

Following such legal action, I am free to obtain a patent for the
Intellectual Property known as the Celestial Hierarchy.
