"One is closer to God in a garden" with a floral border. The other sampler

9. "Mini Country Samplers" from Canterbury Designs. Seven different sampler
charts for cross stitch. Originally $5, now $2
10. Jean Farish "Sugarplum Noel" cross stitch chart. Christmas tree pillow,
cutaway view of house on a stocking, framed sampler, angel mini stocking,
snowman, santa, and bear on skis ornaments, lambs in snow wall hanging,"Noel"
spelled out in candy pillow, Christmas poem wall hanging. Original price $5,

11. "A Stik n' Puff Christmas" cross stitch chart. Twelve designs for ornaments,
including mice, cats, and bears doing various cute things. New $2.50, now $1
12. "Home For Christmas" cross stitch chart, ten designs to fit three inch
Stik n' Puff hearts and three inch ovals. Jack in the box, stocking, angel, bear,
heart, house, wreath, and horse designs. New $4, now $1.50
13. "An Apricot Summer"--iron-on transfers for making baby gifts. Christmas
stocking, quilt, heart pillow, tote bag, pillows, and wall hanging. $3.98 new,
now $1.50 (Mostly easy outline embroidery in bright colors.)
14. "Abstract Art", a BIG book (outsized printing) with forty color plates of
art deco style patterns. Published by Crescent as "poster art". $3.00
15. Two never-opened "tubes" of Charles Craft evenweave fabric:
a. 22 count hardanger, 15 inches by 18 inches, white. New $3.50, now $1
b. 14 count aida, 15 inches by 18 inches, white. New $4, now $1

(I already had it). "Rainforest" by Mary Hickmott. A big beautiful
chart of tall trees in the rainforest, teeming with tropical birds
and other wildlife. A cheetah (or is it a jaguar? Something with
spots!) sits at the foot of the tree, watching a monkey swing
overhead. I paid $4 for it wholesale and will sell it for that, plus
postage of course.
Of the other items I am selling, this is what is left. I am willing
to "take offers" before I donate everything to the local library:

15. Seasons Sampler, another chart pack. Verse reads "To everything there is
a season and a time to every purpose under heaven." It has a really nice tulip
border, two alphabets and a row of trees and deer. New $8, now $1
16. Ann Akitt Sampler, also a chart pack. Verse reads "With meek submission to
they will be all my cares resigned, for they whose hope and stay thou art shall
peace and comfort find." It is signed Ann Akitt, age 13, 1837. $8 new, now $1.
