Well, the way I read it, they are doing away with their free hosting, and
want us to upgrade to the "for fee" hosting services offered by Yahoo!

The ZIP file is thanks to the computational wizardry of "dfred" at the
IGKT forum. He managed to get the link structure to work
independently of the website. I'll have to figure out how he did that
someday. :)

The thing that makes me suspicious is that there are no ads on the
pages, despite being free. So, if any of you web experts know of
reasons why I shouldn't be using webs.com (worms, viruses, spyware,
etc.), feel free to let me know.
Once again, many thanks to all those who have given me help. All
mirror sites are very much still welcome to exist, if for no other
reason, to provide stability since free sites sometimes don't hang
