I've made my world famous (well, almost) SOB Honey Wheat Ale for 6 years.
Now I want to try adding a bit of spice to it. My plan is to brew the usual
15 gallons, split it into 3 carboys, and spice two when I keg. I'll soak
the spices in vodka.
2 questions...
1 - One will be a pumkin style spice. Any idea which spices and how much
for 5 gallons?
2 - What other spices go well with a slight honey flavor?
