I'm considering making a purchase from Rings & Things out of
Spokane, WA, has anybody had any experience with them.

I have made several purchases from them, and am quite pleased. I have
ordered sterling wire (4oz), glass druks, sterling charms, plain round
sterling beads, some sterling ethnic (Bali/India/Turkish) beads and
silver cleaner.

They were out of the silver cleaner I wanted, and called the next day
to ask what I would like to do. They had discontinued the ethnic beads
I wanted, and let me know that when I called. Their customer service
has always been polite and helpful.

I've used them several times.
I think their prices and service are both good...
never had any problems.

I've ordered from them once, and thought they were ok, but they are always
my third choice after Rio and FMG. It's better if you know what you're
ordering. Most stuff was fine, but I was really disappointed in some
sterling charms I got. Their catalog doesn't have actual photographs, just
illustrations, and I felt the charms weren't of the same quality that I'd
gotten from Rio Grande of FMG.

I've used them for the better part of 10 years and prefer them over FMG. Their
quality is always as represented. No surprises like I always get from FMG!
