I'd look for cab settings and clear glass cabs of the same size. Then run a
tiny bead of glue around the back of the cab, affix it to the paper, cut around
the edge (after it sets) with an X-Acto knife, and put it into the setting. The
biggest problem would be finding the clear glass cabs -- I don't know who would
be likely to carry those.

Do you want to make beads out of paper? I found a book in the library to show
me how to do that....I think there are instructions online as well.
