This precious Moments Bell is dated 1990 by Samuel J. Butcher. This beautiful
porcelain bell is 4 and 1/2 inches long and 3 inches wide at the bottom. It is
creamy white with a light pastel pink heart shaped handle. The picture is of a
little girl standing with her legs togeather and one knee bent. One arm is
extended down and out reaching towards her back with her hand open and fingers
extended out. The other arm is bent holding a small bouquett of flowers. Her
hair is short, blonde and straight. She has blue eyes. She is wearing a pink
