Hi all,

I've got some of the above, before giving them away to a collector I'd
like to know whether they worth a fortune or just some pennies.

Since these do not have Michel numbers, one should look in the Polish
Fischer catalog. In the absence of any online prices, I would look in
the Scott catalog (or Google) for dealers specializing in Poland, or
search the sites of dealers, or look for "stamp expertization Poland".
Or check out

Hi,

got some more info from a Polish collector, in particular a price
list:

The stamps in question are Pd 28 - Pd 39.

Here are some unissued plebiscite stamps of Cieszyn (1920) with
Fischer numbers.
They include Postage, Postage Due and Newspaper stamps.

Maybe they were held back because the plebiscite was concluded.
