Dear Gentlemen,
I have just finished to realise an internet web site (with the help of one
of my American friends) on "History of the Italian Resistance 1943-1945
through the stamps".
You may read it at the address: http://space.tin.it/associazioni/jakkp/
This is the web site of my Philatelic Association, a National association
not political, named "Italian Centre for Resistance Philately".
Information about the Italian Resistance and our association are in the
English version at the mentioned address.
I suppose many of you are interested on History through stamps, so probably
you may find interesting information:
40 pages of story texts in English, and 176 images of stamps, postmarks and
some postcard images. and more also on WW2 stamps, propaganda stamps,
military...
Our Web site will participate to the contest of FIP related to the "Best Web
site 1999".
You may also require a free sample of the Italian magazine "La Voce del
Cifr" (in Italian language) edited by our Philatelic Association. Read
how at the mentioned URL.
You may also give the internet address of the site to your friends who could

You need to click on the stamp image at the left to access the pages. Not very
direct, but eventually the English pages will appear.
