Not being a Barbie collector, I immediately sold the book I once owned
about Barbie going to Hawaii. I believe she was 17 -- certainly she was
still in high school but could drive a car. However, I don't think
Barbie has a specific age, since she's supposed to be able to be anything
(for instance, when she's a doctor, she's not a Doobie Howser.)
Still, I think 17 or 18 would be a reasonable basis for comparison.
