End The Fed Network - The End Began on November 22nd, 2008
Hello Just wonder what your thoughts may be one this group? I got and E-MAIL from two different people who wants me to join them. I just soon sit on the fence and watch them from a safe distance. Notice a spelling error on the web link below. The word, "functioning" shown below on what I "copied and pasted".... more »

Buy/Sell at 50/50?
OK, maybe the issue here is geographic... A small (non-US) country, with low competition. What do you think about a dealer (physical, storefront) with a general policy of 50/50 buy/sell rates? Meaning that, if an item has a catalogue price of $100, they will offer you $50. This includes NCLT proof sets, and also junk silver. This means... more »

Video --> Lincoln police are investigating the theft of two gold coins, worth about $1400 each
Hello Seeing the video on the link below, I find it hard to believe that a Coin Dealer had to answer the phone, when he has gold coins out on the counter. I am sure he is wiser now after getting rip-off. This is not a "smash and grab", but a "distract and grab" theft. ------------------------------ ---------... more »

The Million-Dollar Penny
(Wall Street Journal) - When is a penny worth a million dollars? When it's a 1795 reeded-edge U.S. penny, one of only seven known to exist. It recently sold for nearly $1.3 million at auction—the first time a one-cent coin has cracked the million-dollar price barrier. It follows the sale earlier this year of a high-end... more »

Email from ANA Blocked as SPAM?
I do get _most_ of the email sent to me from the ANA. However, I have been having a problem with _some_ email from them. This morning, I looked at my Preferences and Settings again and I see that my provider automatically protects me from emails about "money." I can set them to go into Quarantine or to be deleted without delivery, but I have... more »

Update on Julian's stolen coins
Some or most of his coins have been recovered. Just thought everyone would be interesting in knowing. He posted this in a group him self. I'm not sure of the name of the group since I got this information second hand from a trusted source. I have not been able to get a hold of him personally. Like said though this is a trusted source. Thanks... more »

What would YOU do?
I would expect to see this here eventually. I would also expect the turnout at this grotto to swell for the next few months. I've been there and it's a nice peaceful place. [link]
