Here us how I do it.
1 - Log in to PayPal
2 - Mouse over 'History' on the PayPal menu (just below the 'Request Money'
tab) and choose 'Download History'
3 - Click on 'Customize Downloaded Fields'. Make sure at least 'Item ID'
and 'Item Title' are checked. There are probably more choices that interest
you.
3 - Choose a date range in the 'Custom Date Range' section.
4 - For 'File Types for Download' choose 'Comma Delimited - Payments
Completed'
5 - If you have made multiple purchases on one PayPal transaction and want
to see each item that was part of the purchase then make sure the checkbox
next to 'Include Shopping Cart details (comma and tab delimited files
only)'.
6 - Click 'Download History' and read the instructions from PayPal that
follow.
Find where you downloaded the file in Windows Explorer and double-click it.
If file types of .csv are already associated to Excel (good bet they are)
then it will load in Excel. If not you will be prompted to pick a program.
Pick Excel.
Once loaded look for the 'Item ID' and 'Item Title' columns.
I hope that helps. :-)

It is on the right side of the screen. Use the Find mechanism to search for
the word Customize.

Check your old email, subjects beginning with: "Receipt for Your
Payment to" or "Receipt for your PayPal payment to". That email will
contain all the info from the transactions: auction title(s), item
amount, shipping amount, auction item numbers, date paid, sellers ID
and sellers email address.
