Hi..

I've got all the R.c.c. "coins" except the first one, the "One ember".. I'm
gonna list'em all on eBay.. I used to have a bookmark to a page that
pictured them all, and the Mintage figures for each one.. can't find the
bookmark.. anyone know where that Web page went or have the Mintage figures
for the other Embers, Flamedrake, "spark", and so on?.. I kind of
dis-remember that they were all Minted in the low hundreds.. but I'd like to
use the exact figures in the eBay listings.. gonna list them all separately
after I photograph them later this week..

Thanks
Harv

"I know what you're thinking. "Did he fire six shots or only five?" Well, to
tell you the truth, in all this excitement I kind of lost track myself. But
being as this is a .44 Magnum, the most powerful handgun in the world, and
would blow your head clean off, you've got to ask yourself one question: Do
I feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" - Clint "Dirty Harry" Eastwood..

Hi..

Yeah.. it helped, except the .doc file is only the history of the One Ember,
the first one.. nothing about the ones that followed, and I have all of
those and not the One Ember :-/ ..

So I started downloading all the pictures (luckily I noticed the .doc file
at the bottom of the list of files and grabbed that first)..

And after I got the .doc file and the first picture, now I get this over and
over..

"Sorry, Service Temporarily Unavailable.
The server is temporarily unable to service your request due to maintenance
downtime or capacity problems. Please try again later.
Additionally, a 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable error was encountered
while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request. "

{{smacking forehead}}..

Well somewhere amongst the bajillion pictures I have on this computer I
think I have a picture of all of them lined up, Obverses and Reverses.. I'll
just have to find it.. I saw it a couple weeks ago.. but I'm gonna shoot my
own pictures for eBay purposes anyway..

I think I have each one in a Mylar flip, but I didn't save the original
mailers they came to me in, so I'll have to scrounge through all those old
newsfroup postings in the Google groups links in the .doc file to see if I
can get the Mintage numbers.. if they're there..

Thanks
Harv

Here's Kyle Mutcher's 2004 One Spark with label:
http://mendosus.com/tokens2.html

I'm placing the labels from the 2004 Spark and 2006 Spark and Stick
tokens by Kyle Mutcher (with my serial #) on abpn

I have the 2004 One Spark also.. was going to buy the 2006 Spark from him
but like John Lennon said.. "Just when you're making other plans, life gets
in the way.." ..

The 2004 token is still in the original flip and mailer from Kyle, with a
hand-written note.. he sent me an off-center error %-) .. I'll have to dig
it out of the safe, but I think he only made a hundred or so.. or fewer.. or
not..

What I'm looking for are the Mintage numbers of all the R.c.c. tokens, which
I haven't found yet.. maybe the exact numbers aren't all that important, but
they'd be nice to have..

Thanks
Harv

As the market maker of all the various embers, I'm sorry but you'll have
to dig to find that info. Suffice to say that I own, minimally, over a
third of all the r.c.c. coins at this point and continue buying them off
the private market.

I think Kyle Mutcher's pieces were also around 120 minted.

Just out of curiosity, doesn't being a market maker require Mr. Rudd to be a
willing seller as well as buyer?

Good digging, I'll give you credit for that. Figure my ownerships
numbers liberally.

Some of Kyle's stuff is not technically rcc official. They reflect his
shop not rcc. We may think of them like rcc but they aren't all
official in that "ideal."

Steve, first, please call me "Bob." My late father was "Mr. Rudd" and
even at my advanced age, I have a long way to go before I earn the
title.

A market maker can/should be a willing seller....if the price is right.
I've been content to quietly "buy and hold" over the years while slowly
and semi-silently becoming the market maker. Same approach in the
selling aspect. All of mine have been private.

And I bought one of his first "one spark" Silver tokens (I think he's made
two designs so far.. ) .. and he sent me his only off-center error.. so I'm
the market maker in those.. Population one.. none finer.. eat your heart
out, David Hall.. {{grin}}..

The first $1000.00 offer gets it!..

So tell us sarge, is English not your primary language?
Or did you just drop out of school in the first grade?
