I don't understand why you cracked it out in the first place.
Furthermore I don't think they will automatically replace the MS65 holder - that
would be an inviation to fraud IMO.

Isn't Mr. Stewart that guy with the fabulous PCGS register set?

he is an expert in copper, no?

If the coin was tooled , and not by him or with his knowledge -

then he must of known the coin was tooled ?

I would think If the coin was tooled he surely would of spotted it
