Source for sets of 50 states quarters needed

Looking for a source for 50 states quarters. I'd like to purchase just sets
of 50.
Not proofs, just bright uncirculated examples to be mounted in wall
displays. I want to assemble them myself using "artistic" arrangement
patterns, then assembled into frames to be sold at craft shows.
Displays will be one sided with just the coin reverse visible.
It looks like I can purchase the various sets by year on eBay, but those
seem to be mint sets.
It would be nice to just buy a bag of 50 loose coins in one purchase at a
time.
I'm not a coin person, just have a neighbor who would like me to assemble
some prototypes.
