Future key variety 'small' USA $1 coins?

the current 'small' $1 coins will start working like they are intended to.
Estimates that I have seen will require as many 14-15 BILLION $1 coins to be
made in order to complete that transition, of which maybe 3-4 billion now exist.
With the many governmental stutter-steps taken since the late 1970s, that
means that there will be a BUNCH of very scarce varieties of 'small' $1 coins
that will be available in regular circulation and that should make
change-picking fun again.
A few 'keys' that I can think of:
-1999-D SBAs - only 11 million were made and although obviously very scarce on
the nationwide scale, except for the mint set coins, they were ALL placed into
circulation and are very common here in the Appleton, WI area. Nice lightly
circulated ones will be rare indeed.
-2002 to 2008 Sacs - mostly made for collector sets, bags and rolls, the
USMint apparently disposed of unsold stock by placing them into circulation.
Some rolls and bags were also purposely bought and placed into circulation
(wink, wink).
-Most 19th Century 'Presidentials', especially the mid-late century ones.
Any thoughts?

I am sitting here looking at two Susan B Anthony
Coins right now. One from the San Francisco Mint,
And the other from Philadelphia Mint. Both coins
Were minted back in 1979. I got these two coins
From my local Wells Fargo Bank here in Phoenix.
The one thing about these coins that should have
Been done, was to make them out the same metal
Composition as the current dollar bills. It is very
Easy to pass one off as a quarter since they are
Close in size and color of the quarter.
It will take and act of both the House and Senate
To enact legislation to stop replacing worn out
One-dollar demand notes, and replace them with
The dollar coins.
The Sacagawea dollar coins are still in production,
Along with the Presidential Dollar Coins. There
Will be changes to the reverse side of the
Sacagawea dollar coin Soon.

I would think that with so much of the $1 coin production being saved by
collectors in sets, rolls, and bags that there will always be loads of BU
examples available for near face value in our lifetime. Once this becomes
apparent, and if the dollar bill is ever dropped, all dates and mints should
come out from hiding, and few should ever be scarce enough to command much
of a premium.

Don't forget that except for those intended for the 'addendum' Mint Sets, the
entire production of SBAs in 1999 was placed into circulation - the 'vault'
supply of $1 coins ran out before the Sacs were ready and they were made
expressly to fill that gap - true 'business' strikes.
Aside from the Mint Sets, I don't recall any being sold in special bags or rolls.
Production was a bit over 11M for the 'D's and a bit over 29M for the 'P's for
an overall total of about 41M.
